INWAC (International Women Artists Council) held its first inaugural meeting in December 1999
 at the Suan Prakkad Palace Museum, Bangkok .
The role of INWAC is to  provide the necessary
support to ensure the smooth running of
Her Presence In Colors Exhibition series, a biannual event to promote women's art so as to foster the awareness of its values. INWAC is now a global network with 16 subcenters/associated groups
at different regions of the world.  24 council members attended the 7th Council Meeting held at Portland State Uinversity. The meeting discussed and finalized the details  of the coming Her Presence In Colours X which will be held at  The Art Museum Ho Chi Ming City in June 2012.

7th  INWAC Meeting at Smith Center, Portland

The Art seminar chaired by Adjunct Prof Una Kim was held on the 5th of August , 2010 at Portland State University. The speakers were: Adjunct Professor Una Kim, Carolyne Landon, Dr. Park Nam Hee and Pamela Silver
